DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT LID AND/OR INFUSER?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Within the US, shipping takes 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping speed you choose.

Standard (FREE) Shipping: Arrives 2-4 business days in the Continental US. 10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

One Day Shipping: Arrives 1-2 Business Days in the Continental US.

Two Day Shipping: Arrives 2-3 Business Days in the Continental US. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Within the continental US, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to offer a return or refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

If you believe your product is unsuitable for any reason, or you have changed your mind, simply contact us within 15 Days of delivery, return the product to us in an unused, re-sellable condition with all parts and we will refund your product, minus the shipping cost.
