HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT LID AND/OR INFUSER?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Within the US, shipping takes 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping speed you choose.
Standard (FREE) Shipping: Arrives 2-4 business days in the Continental US. 10 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.
One Day Shipping: Arrives 1-2 Business Days in the Continental US.
Two Day Shipping: Arrives 2-3 Business Days in the Continental US.

Within the continental US, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you believe your product is unsuitable for any reason, simply contact us within 15 Days of delivery, return the product to us in an unused, re-sellable condition with all parts and we will refund your product, minus the shipping cost.
We can not accept returns are after 15 period or for products that have been used.
